Welcome to Logged.com, a digital platform designed for the commercial diving industry. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our website, web application, and mobile application (collectively, "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration and Use
2.1. Companies and individuals must create accounts to access the Platform.
2.2. Companies may add users who will operate company tablets to input work records.
2.3. Users must provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
2.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Work Records and Data Ownership
3.1. Work records ("Dive Logs") inputted into the Platform are legal documents.
3.2. All parties involved in a work record will retain permanent access, even if they leave the Platform.
3.3. Companies and users acknowledge that the data collected includes sensitive information.
3.4. Logged Ltd does not claim ownership of work records but retains a licence to store and process data to provide Platform services.

4. Data Privacy and Security
4.1. Logged Ltd is committed to protecting user data and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
4.2. User and company details, along with dive logs, will be securely stored and accessible only to authorised parties.
4.3. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Users must ensure that data entered is accurate and complies with legal and industry standards.
5.2. Unauthorised access, data manipulation, or misuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Users must not share confidential information of other parties without consent.

6.1. Logged Ltd is not responsible for inaccuracies in work records or misuse of the Platform.
6.2. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7.1. Logged Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
7.2. Users may request account deletion; however, work records remain accessible to involved parties as per section 3.

8.1. Logged Ltd may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

10. Acceptable Use Policy

10.2. Users must not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
